The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage. Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee). With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that the credit card is the only accepted method of payment. If you would like your beds to be prepared upon your arrival, the service will be charged at €9 per person and will be charged on site on the day of arrival. This service must be booked with the establishment at least 24 hours before your arrival date. Reception opening hours: All days : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.
