Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. When booking for 8 or more rooms, different policies and procedures apply. Please be advised, urgent works on the outdoor swimming pool will commence on the 17th of April 2023 and will be completed approximately on the 17th of May 2023. Construction will begin from 09.00 until 5.00pm Monday to Friday and the initial phases of the project will involve jackhammering. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
