Ok place. Air conditioner sounded like a jet plane taking off. No elevator and forced to second floor with a partner with a cane and no help getting heavy luggages to the room. Great condition. Clean. comfortable.

Room was clean but had a few elements requiring maintenance or updates. Other parts of the hotel were also clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Owl’s Nest restaurant is beautiful with a lovely view that inspired us to explore the Bay of Islands. Food and service were great, too!

Worst hotel stay ever

!!!!!! AVOID—AVOID—AVOID!!!!!!!
These morons started vacuuming outside the halls and banging into the rooms door before 8am Sunday morning! We have small children and after checking in late an after driving all night the staff just laughed in our face and continued. Absolutely ignorant people. Never stay here, unlike the rest of Newfoundland for sure.

Biggest plus of this hotel is the view! Other than that, typical hotel. Does the job. Clean.

Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly and gave us an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Room was clean. Hotel is dated and could use upgrades both inside and out. Parking lot is in terrible condition. Conveniently located.
