Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form 5 days prior to the arrival. Authorised amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel will not be responsible for any extra handling fees or charges. Please note that the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service between Macao International Airport and this property. A chargeable limousine pick-up service can also be arranged. Children under the height of 1.4 metres are kindly requested to wear inflatable arm bands or life vests provided for free when using the swimming facilities. For breakfast inclusive rates, please note that the third and fourth person supplement charges are for room only. Extra charges apply for breakfast charges. Please consult with the hotel after making the reservation. Upon check-in, valid travel documents and the slip of authorization to stay (if applicable) of the staying guests are required. Renovation enhancement Renovation works will be carried out in certain guestrooms and suites from 9:00am to 9:00pm daily in order to elevate the guest experience within Sheraton Grand Macao, which at times could be noisy.
