Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property has 9 parking spaces and costs EUR 22 € per day. Spaces are very limited and guests must wait to receive parking confirmation from the property directly. Please note that for non-refundable rates, guests are required to pay the total amount via a secured link upon reservation. For reservations of more than 8 nights, specific conditions will apply: a deposit of 30% will be requested on booking even if the rate is flexible and refundable.This deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. If guests don't provide this credit card, another valid credit card is required for the payment of the stay. Kindly note that access to the Sauna is subject to availability.
