The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the housekeeping team was exceptionally friendly throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to the main train station and public transportation, although the surrounding area feels a bit shady at night. My only disappointment was the check-in experience, as the front desk staff on arrival came across as rather cold and not particularly welcoming, even though the other front desk staff I met during the day were friendly. Overall, a comfortable stay, with the friendly housekeeping team standing out.

Exactly what you'd expect of a hotel at this price. Smart, clean, functional, friendly. Good breakfast if a little expensive. Plenty of opportunity to get your euro's worth

Had an amazing stay at Marc. Beautiful rooms with really good air conditioning which was really important during this heat wave. Pleasant rooms, well lit with a view out to a quiet courtyard. Easy walking distance to train station, Marienplatz and all the great sights.

Relaxing boutique experience in central convenient location

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Conveniently near main train station and easy walk to Old Town sites. Room and common areas provided a quiet, relaxing vibe during busy travel days. Breakfast was ample and varied. Some parts of the street on the way to train station were mildly scruffy with hostels and immigrants, but I’m 61 and always felt comfortable and safe any time of day.

Very good value

We spent four nights at this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. Upon arriving from a transatlantic flight, we were happy to learn that our room was ready for us at 10 in the morning. Although our room was well appointed, we found that it was a little dusty in some areas (ex: inside the closet). The hotel is located close to the main train station (4-5 minutes walk) and is about a 12 minute walk from Marienplatz. Breakfast was included in our room rate and we are glad it was because there did not seem to be many breakfast options in the neighborhood. Food was fresh, good, and there was a plenty of selection. Overall, we found it was very good value for our money.
