Good location

We were there on a trip with friends, and initially, we were a bit skeptical about the hotel due to many reviews, especially regarding cleanliness issues, etc. Some people mentioned that towels were not replaced, but when we hung the sign on the door indicating we wanted service, we got it. So we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in was quick and handled by a friendly young woman. The rooms were quite okay, though the carpets on the floor were a bit of a downside in terms of allergies. The hotel is a few years old, but it seems to have been well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and you could leave the window open as it was very quiet in the area. The only thing I found a bit annoying was that not enough water came out of the eco-shower. The hotel is about 400-500 meters from the Milaneo shopping center and around 1.3 km from the train station if you take the shortest route through the shopping center. If we travel back to Stuttgart, we will probably use this hotel again.

They made us pay 2x.

SKIP this hotel. THEY MADE US PAY TWICE.
This was one of the most inconvenient hotel experiences I've ever had. I've booked through apps like Agoda and Booking.com many times before, and I've never had this problem.
We had already paid in full through the app, but when we arrived, the hotel insisted they hadn't received the payment and refused to let us check in unless we paid again. We explained that the issue was between the hotel and their booking partner and asked them to contact their booking partner directly, but they refused. They told us it wasn't their responsibility and that we had to pay again if we wanted our room.
As a result, we were charged twice. Ironically, the exact same credit card worked perfectly when we paid the hotel directly, making the whole situation even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, the receptionist laughed at us during the ordeal instead of showing any empathy or trying to help.
Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Simply bad

After 5 minutes straight out. Just horror, this is not a hotel. Everything dirty and it stinks everywhere. Very unfriendly owner

Underground

Rooms worn out and only one radiator of two heats. Shower moldy and shower head partially blocked. Heating and power lines are partly hidden on plaster behind shabby curtains. Coffee machine in the room as well as bathroom radiator dirty.
Have slept with fleece blanket all radiators on 5 and bathroom door open so as not to freeze..... never again!!!!

Unfortunately getting old, Quiet it is

I stayed at the hotel from 9 to 10.2.25. Unfortunately, the hotel is very clean and the room is very comfortable. The room was so far ok, except on the carpeting it had dust, bed and bath/towels were clean. The doorman in the evening was nice and gave good tips for the city and how to get there the easiest. Breakfast is simple but good, even the gentleman where breakfast was made was nice.
