We booked at the last minute because the Airbnb we were in was without air conditioning. We booked Aspire Plus. Checked in early. The room was small but cozy. The shower was the best. Beds were super comfortable and staff was very helpful. Definitely will stay again & again. Local markets within walking distance. Eateries are close by and local food is a short distance.

My comments regarding my stay are as follows:
I traveled for business, so I needed a good place to stay. First, the hotel is not as it appears in the photos. Second, the elevator seems very outdated, like something from the 1980s, and is in poor condition. The breakfast was extremely limited, with little variety, and it was prepared in a style that was quite spicy and not suitable for all tastes. The rooms are small and had an unpleasant odor.
I would suggest being more consistent with what you actually offer, as there is a clear difference between what is shown in the photos and the reality.
Additionally, there was a lot of noise from outside—people shouting and speaking loudly—which made it difficult to rest.

The property is one block to Bourda market for fresh fruits , water coconut water and restaurant.

This property was wonderful to stay at during our time in Georgetown. The hotel itself is new and very beautiful. Comfortable bed, hot shower, a great breakfast, and complimentary water. The staff was wonderful. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had about the city and arranged a taxi to and from the airport for us. Since we arrived late, he even had the driver stop so we could pick up some dinner on the way to the hotel. I have not felt so appreciated as a hotel guest like this at any other hotel. This is the only hotel I would stay at on our next trip to Georgetown!
