A meeting of authentic hospitality

I was a guest with my partner, the very nice Mrs. Maurizia for one night. The structure is really very clean and cared for, the outdoor landscape is a fairy tale, the quiet of the countryside and the harmonies of nature have wrapped us in relaxation and well-being. The room is delicious and comfortable, the breakfast rich, varied and very plentiful. But the highlight of this experience was definitely knowing Mrs. Maurizia, a person rich in magnificent energy and determination, it was a great pleasure to be able to exchange with her a few words deepening the dialogue with fascinating philosophical digressions (the lady has a degree in philosophy and talking to her is a nourishment for the soul assured). We will definitely be back to scour the routes by e-bike, and to savor a little 'human authenticity, thanks Mrs. Maurizia, see you soon. Antonella

The best b&b I've ever been to!

The best Bed & Breakfast I have stayed in: located in the Bolognese hills, surrounded by greenery, with a gazebo where you can see the immense Dozza plain.
Family-run, friendly, well-kept and clean structure down to the smallest details.
I'll come back!

Long-standing experience (2013)

I stayed at this property in October 2013 with my family, unfortunately I was never able to return. At the time the owners were very kind and courteous. The structure was very nice and welcoming.
Also excellent cleaning.

Nice location, forget all the rest!

The nice location is the only asset, but totally misleading, don't get fooled. Rooms are ordinary to be generous, breakfast leaves clients starving, no stairs with only a deadly-slow freight-lift to the rooms on first floor, windows blocked by steel bars, in case of fire/earthquake no way one can escape (a microscopic/invisible evacuation plan is simply insane): all managed by a senile owner. If you like horror movies, try and see for yourself.....

poiche' credo di aver individuato l'autore italiano di questa recensione rispondo nella mia lingua.
Sfortunatamente a lui e alla sua famiglia non ho potuto offrire la migliore delle ns stanze, ed 1 di loro si è adattato su di 1 letto pieghevole non adatto ad 1 adulto: di cio' mi sono già scusata e non solo su Booking.
Voglio pensare che tutte le altre astiose osservazioni nascano da questa pecca.
Sono certa che, qualora avesse dormito meglio, avrebbe visto con occhio piu benevolo tutto il resto che solitamente piace ai miei ospiti.
Con la serietà e l'impegno di sempre.
