The shuttle departs from the station at 14:30, 15:00, 15:30 and 16:30. The open-air hot spring bath is open 15:00-10:00. At a surcharge, guests can reserve the private hot spring bath at the time of check-in. Please note all guest rooms are smoking rooms; however, rooms can be deodorised upon request.
Important information about the city
According to the municipal ordinance, Gero City will begin collecting an accommodation tax from October 1, 2025. The tax amount is charged per person per night based on the accommodation fee: ¥100 for stays under ¥5,000 per person per night, and ¥200 for stays of ¥5,000 or more per person per night.
