Exceptional atmosphere

The atmosphere is exceptional: hotel is located in the renovated old house, each room has its name and story. Our room was Sundsvall: sparkling clean, comfortable, quiet at night, very cozy. Glass walls in the bathroom, but I actually didn't mind :D A bit further from the center but old town is reachable by foot in 20-30 minutes. Free parking near the hotel.

Not recommended - make big bow.

Room was booked early and confirmed by mail. On the day of arrival everything closed - when had been booked - the hotel was overbooked - sorry.
Not recommended and also the 'bike family' should make a big bow around this location

The worst experience

Reservation made through booking.com was cancelled by the hotel a day before arrival, saying that hotel was ,,overbooked”. Since there was an event in Riga on that day, to find another hotel at adequate price was impossible. Spoiled trip.

Shocking!

Despite prepaid and confirmed reservation the hotel was simply CLOSED.
Never received an apology or anything like that, upon my complaint received a rude reply.
Thanks to Booking.com who helped me to recover the prepaid money.

The perfect motorcycle trip stop

Fantastic
Arrived in the rain - walked in to a warm welcome, a cold beer and great music. The hotel has an motorcycle adventure theme and you are likely to meet other riders on the Trans Euro Trail.
Safe off-road motorcycle parking. Monitored by cctv.
Comfortable rooms with modern spacious showers.
