Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card and SAME credit card upon check in or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Guests with a complete 2 doses of vaccination are allowed to check-in and require to display their Digital Vaccination Certificate upon arrival and ensure to wear mask while you are in the public areas. We are happy to advise of our signature safety and hygiene programme - PAN PACIFIC CARES, for your better comfort while staying with us. Our fitness centre is temporarily closed for upgrades starting 24 February - 26 March 2025. Guests can access the fitness centre at One Residency (06.00am - 12.00 midnight), located on Level 1, next to our serviced suites via the swimming pool area.
