Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Spa and gym facilities at this property are unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Ferry schedule: - From Merang Waterfront Jetty to Redang Island (12:30, 14:30, and 16:30) - From Redang Island to Merang Waterfront Jetty (8:00, 10:00 and 12:00) Please note that a small fee applies at the Merang Waterfront Jetty. Important Note: Guests are required to show their COVID-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate in MySejahtera app or Vaccination card upon check-in. Fully vaccinated individuals must have completed 14 days after receiving the 2nd dose of vaccines (Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sinovac) or 28 days for single-dose vaccines (CanSino and Johnson & Johnson).

A Marine Park Conservation Fee will be charged as follows: MYR 5 per adult and MYR 2 per child (aged under 12 years old) for Malaysian passport/ID holders; MYR 30 per adult and MYR 15 per child (aged below 12 years old) for Non-Malaysian passport holders. It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel. Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal.
