The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere thanks to everyone!!! The pool is super warm!!!

Excellent service from Leonardo and Karina at the restaurant, from Bere at the front desk, and outside, Joel was helpful and attentive!!!!

This hotel will find every way to mistreat you.

They told me that if they gave me the room at 2pm they would charge me 400 pesos more because check-in is at 3pm.
And they literally made me wait until 3 o'clock on the dot because I arrived at the front desk at 2:50 and they told me in 5 minutes.
We called for room service and they told me there wasn't any, only a buffet, and that I had to go down (I have an injured foot).
We went down to the buffet and they told us again that we couldn't because we weren't part of the event and there are only snacks for lunch.
Seriously, can I only eat snacks if I am a guest in the most expensive room?
The treatment is terrible, the employees say no to everything, and if you are hungry, they are going to fill you up with fries and ketchup.
Run, run far away from this hotel option if you can.

En cuanto al servicio de alimentos, lamentamos especialmente la confusión que se generó durante su estancia y que las alternativas disponibles en ese momento no hayan sido adecuadas para sus necesidades. Revisaremos internamente tanto la información proporcionada como la atención brindada, ya que buscamos que nuestros huéspedes tengan claridad sobre los servicios disponibles.

We were very happy

First time, it is very comfortable, very clean, the water is nice and warm, the food is very delicious, and of course. Bere and Joel were super attentive and helpful, and Karina, Leo, and Adalberto in the restaurant were very pleasant and tireless the whole time.

Excellent service from all the staff, especially the service from Ms. Liv and the head waiter Mr. Rodolfo, and I was very pleased that they do have heated water here.

Awesome!

Mr. Adalberto took incredible care of us. Very nice and attentive with the whole group of 8. He brought our food very quickly and was always bringing drinks when we asked for them. Thank you so much, Mr. Adalberto!
