A jewel in the Medina.

I read reviews before choosing Andella Spa and was impressed with the overall impression of the responses. We had an 6 AM flight from Malaga and arrived at RAK at 6:30 AM. The driver we arranged through the riad was waiting outside with a comfortable, modern car. He took us to the riad, talking about the city and what we saw. Even though we arrived very early, we were received and directed to breakfast before their normal start time and got us into our room at 9:45 AM, after it was cleaned from the previous guests. The staff was extremely gracious, accommodating and tight knit. Our room was named Amira and was beautiful, as were all the spaces, with attention to details (tile, interior design and decor). We felt like guests at a family home, with the staff as our family. Abdullah and Ali were extremely friendly and made suggestions about shopping, tours, and directions. We highly recommend Andella, including its location in Medina, but the staff was the highlight of our stay.

If you’re planning a trip to Marrakech this is where you should stay!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the best that hospitality can provide. The team was attentive, helpful, and friendly. I mean the entire team not just one person. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The place is beautiful. It felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely Riad. Calm and relaxing. Staff really helpful. Easy walking distance to medina, souks, attractions etc. highly recommended for families too - felt safe.

The perfect place to relax after exploring the city.

We spent two nights here during our visit to Marrakech, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The staff were exceptional, providing outstanding service throughout our visit. The riad was a peaceful oasis in the heart of the old medina, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city.

Lisa and I (Eugena) had an amazing time in Morocco. More importantly, we enjoyed every moment at the Riad. The staff were over the top excellent. The location is awesome. The hotel is so beautiful. We were please with every aspect of the experience. We were even lucky enough to develop meaningful relationships with vendors near the Riad who helped us tremendously, especially regarding health and wellness.
