A Hidden Gem in Marrakech with Incredible Staff

We spent a wonderful three-night stay at Riad Chayma in Marrakech, and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. Mohammed welcomed us so warmly and set the tone for the entire stay, nothing was ever too much trouble. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out, and he truly goes above and beyond for his guests.
The entire team were exceptional. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, creating such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. You can tell they take great pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference.
The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, tranquil, stylish, and impeccably clean. It’s a peaceful retreat from the busy streets of Marrakech, yet perfectly located for exploring. We found it so easy to get around and visit all the key sights.
Breakfast each morning was a real highlight, fresh, delicious, and plentiful, with a great variety to start the day right.
Overall, this was a truly special place to stay. The combination of stunning surroundings, perfect location, and outstanding hospitality made our trip unforgettable. A huge thank you to Mohammed and the whole team, we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Ryad small and well-kept, with great attention to guests. They made us feel really at home.

Ryad on the edge of the medina, convenient when arriving by taxi. The markets can be reached in a few minutes and in 15-20 minutes you arrive at El Fna Square. Great breakfast. A special compliment to the staff who welcomed us with friendliness and helpfulness on everything. A special greeting to the receptionist who was on his first day (indeed night) of work, but who very quickly inquired to clarify all our doubts, always smiling and kind. Clean room, nice terrace and relaxing and family atmosphere.

Riad Chayma Adventures

We had a wonderful time. The rooms were spotless and the staff was very pleasant and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing! Special mention to Mohamed and Nizar. We definitely recommend 10/10.

Room was perfect, good and refreshing pool, staff was friendly and super service oriented. Have nothing to complain about! Breakfast was really good allot to choose from, I recommend the omelette it’s fantastic!

Absolutely recommendable establishment

The Riad Chayma is an absolutely recommendable establishment for all who appreciate peace and comfort.
We spent 10 days there and returned with an exceptionally positive impression.
The service was extremely friendly, the breakfast excellent, everything was clean, quiet, and very well-maintained.
We felt like we were in our own large home – just with a wonderful team that lovingly takes care of everything.
The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and attentive.
We are deeply impressed by so many warm and accommodating people.
