You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that children have limited access to the spa area. The time schedule for the children, up to 16 years old, to use the indoor pool is during the morning until 2pm, they must always be accompanied by an adult. After that time, the indoor pool will be exclusive to adults and SPA clients. Please contact the hotel directly for more details. Important Notice We would like to inform you about our ongoing construction within the Resort. We are developing the residential property development project, with the construction of 32 two-bedroom apartments in continuation of the one’s already built. This project will start in November 2024 and should be completed by the end of 2026. The Resort facilities are 100% operational.
