Great place to be!
Carmen and her husband were great hosts during our 2 nights stays. The rooms and the house are perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the atmosphere with the other clients was friendly. Would recommend to anyone visiting Spain.

The house of creative arithmetic
The place is nice and quiet, but unfortunately our experience ended badly. We had booked the apartment for my mother and son. Finally, I also stayed for a few more days. It is true that I paid for 2 nights of mine but I stayed an extra night, which cost 20 €, I also paid for breakfasts for my mother and son. On July 5th my mother did NOT eat breakfast and I went instead. And on July 5th we had to leave after breakfast because of a medical emergency with the child, so we did not use the two breakfasts on the 6th, although they were paid (30€). I mentioned it with respect, and the answer was that I still owed €5 but... they forgave me €5 At that time all I cared about was my son’s health. We went straight to the hospital and I was not in a position to argue or justify anything.
I didn't care about the 10 euros then, just as I don't care now. What did hurt me was the way everything was managed: with condescension and a supposed "generosity" in forgiving me €5 that I didn't even owe. It was an unnecessarily humiliating moment, when I needed a little understanding most.
The reality is simple: I owed 20 € for the extra night, but the lady owed me 30 € for the uneaten breakfasts (beware: on the 5th my mother did not come down to breakfast). The difference in total was €10 in my favor, not yours. I didn't ask for a full refund, just a small gesture. Instead, I received condescending responses and repeated justifications even on other platforms.
I would not have written this review if the subsequent treatment had been different. But insisting that the guest “must” when the numbers and context say otherwise, and treating them as ungrateful for politely raising them, is not how an accommodation should manage anything.

Wonderful staff will ensure a lovely stay
Wonderful property and superb staff. Everything was extremely clean. The terrace is a very nice place to stay on sunny days and breakfast was REALLY great. Freshly pressed orange juice, freshly made crumble eggs with cheese and ham, toasts with tomato and excellent extra virgin olive oil, a platter full of cheese and Spanish pork specialties (fuet, chorizo and jamón serrano) and a super tasteful daily baked carrot cake await you at the terrace for breakfast. Nice coffee and a great tea assortment plus cereals, milk and yoghurt will be offered too. Super friendly and helpful staff!! We hope to visit them again soon!!

lovely hosts
the B&B is immaculate beautifully presented,very good breakfast,the family are lovely people and made us feel very welcome despite the fact that we could not speak Spanish we managed with the help of a very nice friend of the family and Google translate,we would definitely visit again.

Encantador b&b
Encantador b&b! Perfecta y muy buena atención de Carme, con facilidades para todo. Ubicado en la parte alta de Cunit, lo que lo hace especialmente tranquilo y agradable. Habitación un poco pequeña igual que la cama pero todo muy limpio y cuidado. El desayuno en la terraza precioso y con buen producto! Sin duda para repetir!
