You get what you pay for, but a solid budget base in Madrid!
The location is honestly the best part. You’re super close to public transport, and it’s an easy walk to the Royal Palace and the Chueca neighborhood.
I stayed in room 15. It’s definitely on the smaller side, but it felt clean and actually pretty cozy. The air conditioning worked great, which was a lifesaver in the Madrid heat. Just a heads up if you're a light sleeper, though—the walls are basically thin drywall. I could hear pretty much everything happening next door, so maybe pack some earplugs just in case.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included in the price, though I ended up skipping it to explore the city, so I can't speak to the food.
Overall, if you want luxury, this isn't it. But if you want a clean, affordable spot in a great location with nice people running it, it’s worth the price!

Breakfast was well stocked
There should be a dedicated light to the bathroom and the fact that it has no insulation from the rest of the room is why is not 5 stars.
I’d come back next time in Madrid

Room size if you & your partner have a carry on it works.
If you are traveling with your mate, the bathroom works.
If you travel with a friend, the bathroom may make you unconfortable because they will see you.
Breakfast: the basics and it works.
I stayed with my wife and would do it again

The toilet is very narrow and small.
But the bteakfast is ok!
