First choice on your next visit to Malaga
Central but on quiet street. We could walk to everything we planned to visit. The apartment felt clean, modern and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped. We got a nice reception and good advice on places to visit. I'd love to come back.

All style, no substance, and no sleep.
The only thing this place truly has going for it is the location, which, to be fair, requires zero effort from management. Unfortunately, everything that does require effort falls short.
We arrived slightly early (25 minutes) and were refused check-in, then asked to pay for lockers to store our luggage. Most hotels would handle this as a basic courtesy, but not here.
To make matters worse, the setup itself is unnecessarily inconvenient, reception is in one building, the parking is about five minutes away, and the actual apartment is another five minutes from there.It feels like a poorly organised treasure hunt with your luggage. The receptionist insisted these details were sent in one of five pre-arrival emails. For a one-night stay, that’s excessive (spammy!) and unhelpful.
The apartment itself was average at best. Furniture felt tired, kitchen cupboards weren’t closing properly, and the cleaning, particularly in the bathroom, left room for improvement.
Amenities are virtually non-existent. There’s a coffee machine, but no capsules. No tea, no sugar, no basics, not even a bottle of water. It gives the impression that every small convenience is considered a cost to be avoided rather than part of the guest experience.
The real issue, however, is the sleep quality. The mattress was clearly worn, with a noticeable dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable throughout the night. On top of that, there are large street lights directly outside the bedroom windows. The curtains are poorly installed, leaving gaps and sitting a few centimetres away from the wall, so they don’t block the light. The result? A room that is brighter at night than during the day.
If you value a good night’s sleep and straightforward, customer-focused service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
And to those giving this place high ratings, I’m genuinely glad you had a better experience. But if this impressed you, there are far better options out there that will exceed your expectations.

Hotel without empathy or sensitivity.
Horrible experience. I booked to surprise my 80-year-old parents and on the day of the reservation he got sick. I explained it to them so they would schedule me for another day, whenever it was, the date didn't matter, and they refused. A hotel with very little human quality. Look for another place because if a problem arises, they are not going to help you. We understand that there are cancellation policies and that companies must follow certain rules, but we also believe that the quality of an establishment is shown in the way it treats people when they are going through difficult times. In our case, we felt treated like a simple number and not like customers who were experiencing a very complicated situation.

Affordable, clean and spacious
Clean, spacious room with a great location. Easy walking distance to major attractions. Good shower and kitchen, made it even more convenient.

Basic average apartments in a great location
Basic average apartments with a fantastic location. No toaster or oven and few utensils so don’t expect to cook… if you don’t spend much time in apartment it’ll be fine as they are dark and dingy… well ours was… overlooking courtyard which was buzzing with flies so you couldn’t open the window to get ventilation or you got a room full of flies! The room felt very cold as it wasn’t good weather .. couldn’t get the aircon to make much heat. Would be good in the hot summer months though. Also saw 2 cockroaches in bathroom… yuk! We had a large apartment 2A which had 2 toilets and 2 extra single beds which was good However the courtyard rooms were quieter than street ones. There’s a carrefour express round the corner to get provisions as they don’t leave you much… no water to drink! We also thought they were expensive for the standard of them but I guess that’s because you are in the centre! Malaga is beautiful. Well worth a visit but we wouldn’t return here.
