An excellent person and a catering professional

An extraordinary landscape, a town with powerful hamlets. The hotel treated with pampering. And its director, close, affable and an extraordinary cook!
I would never part with your stoves!
Lucky who can usually enjoy them.
A cod with pisto and a mushroom scramble .. that I was transferred for continuing to eat, to some eggs with chistorra and potatoes .. at twelve at night!
Thank you very much again!

A deplorable attitude

On October 11th we booked a room and paid in advance for the entire night. The same day the establishment informs us by a very courteous message that it cannot receive us and that of course will proceed with the refund.
Despite several exchanges, reminders, repeated shipments of our RIB, the apology of the owner... we have still not been refunded (it is early December 2025).
This behavior forces us to consider that the owners despite their kindness, fine words and excuses are untrustworthy or even dishonest people.
We are obviously very disappointed by this deplorable attitude.

Ollo Valley and its inn, perfect pairing.

Very familiar and rooms with all the comforts.
Alejandro, in addition to being super cordial, cooks like the gods.
Ideal to spend a few days in the Ollo valley and enjoy its landscapes and magical corners.
We spent some super pleasant days with total peace.
It allows us to explore other valleys and neighboring towns and we were even lucky enough to see a fallow deer that calmly crossed in front of the car.

INCREDIBLE AND UNBEATABLE

The best restaurant I have eaten in my entire life. Super attentive and willing to make the experience unbeatable. It is in a charming little town, in a Valley that has a wide range of trekking excursions. I will repeat without a doubt!
