When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the shuttle service to and from the airport must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and carries an additional cost. The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival and may include extra charges. For non-refundable bookings, guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used to make the reservation at check-in. Minibar items, spa treatments, and any services not included in the room rate will incur extra charges. The spa is open exclusively to adults; however, children are allowed access from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM only and must be accompanied by an adult. The Turkish Bath and Sauna are open daily for adults over 18 years old only. Free entry to our spa facilities with a reservation at reception. Children (up to 15 years old) can access the spa from 11:00 to 13:00, always accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, the sauna and Turkish bath are for guests aged 16 and over only.
