Didn’t like that the air conditioner temperture was regulated! The room temperture was hot for me and the personal of the hotel didn’t do anything about it! They only responded they couldn’t di anything because temperture is regulated! When i did the reservation that wanst explained anywhere! If im paying for a room a want the room to have a comfortable temperture so i can sleep well! I couldn’t sleep well bexause of the hot room temperature!

IMPOSSIBLE TO RATE WITH 4 STARS, what it costs does not correspond at all to the poor quality they offer.
There are no sheets, just duvets that smell like feet. Excessively small rooms so that if I raised my feet in bed I would hit the table. The walls are full of scratches. You have to go down to the front desk to ask for bathroom supplies because they don't put them in the room for you. Poor lighting.
There is a relatively young woman with glasses at the front desk who is very rude and looks down on people.
The breakfast is adequate and the location is very good but it is not worth paying the amount they ask for this hotel.

The overall experience, albeit short, was excellent. Staff very friendly and would recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel very well positioned, in the center of Santander!
The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice WiFi service.

Beautiful clean room and bathroom, very comfortable beds, coffee in room, mini bar. Breakfast had a huge array of options for €13 per person. We only stayed one night as we had onward travel but would definitely recommend this hotel, it's very central to bus/rail station.
