Lovely would stay again
This place was perfect location. Very friendly staff. Is check in & out. Apartment had every thing i needed. Best location in sitges . So close to beach bars etc big supermarket near by also. Will 100% stay here again

Nightmare stay. No hot water, sewage backup. No response from owner. No staff on-site
No hot water for 3 days. Sewage backup in bathroom. Very dangerous room door, extremely difficult to unlock key required to open room and exterior door to exit. No on-site site. 25 calls to contact number provided unanswered. Owner ignored emails from booking.com requesting assitence. Nightmare.

A small, dirty, overpriced room - but very close to the beach.
I stayed here for 6 nights in August.
This is not a hotel. Terminology is important as this sets customer expectations. This property is a curious cross between a hostel - without the indignity of bunk-beds or sharing; self catering - without actual catering facilities; and a hotel - without any of the required services. I’ve since seen it described as self-service. But there are no services to be done by self or anyone else. Basically, this is just 5 rooms above a ground floor bar.
My room, a double, had a lot of potential, but it was compact. Apart from one of the wardrobes being too close to the bed so that it couldn’t open properly and the other with a clothes-rail that kept falling down - without any clothes on it, the room was reasonably well apportioned. My room had no bath, but had a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, a flat screen tv and WiFi. The Bluetooth music / audio system (Fonestar) didn’t work, which was a shame. My room overlooked a ‘courtyard’; but as the photos might suggest, that description told barely half the story!
There is no housekeeping.
Sitges is a hot town in the summer, so customers may want to shower more than once a day. Towels don’t get changed and the rooms don’t get cleaned. On the fourth day of my stay I had to send a text to the ‘manager’ (I’m unclear what she actually manages), she appears to be the only member of staff. Anyway, I asked for the room to be cleaned; towels to be replaced, complimentary items (e.g. shower gels and toilet roll) to be replenished; and the tiny bin to be emptied. She left the towels in a plastic bag on my bed and a promise that the rest would be done the next day. Of course, it wasn’t. The towel radiator in the bathroom was filthy dirty on arrival, with an orange coloured grime, so I couldn’t use it. The interior of the shower unit was clean enough, but the bathroom lighting highlighted the un-cleaned grime on its exterior.
There’s no reception.
I arrived after midnight and received the main door entry code by text. The room key was left in my room door lock. Not secure, but adequate.
As for the location, this is great. Everything is within walking distance. It is close to the beach, train station, bars, restaurants and shops, including a supermarket. It’s close to church too!
Breakfast is served in the ground floor bar. It consists of tea or coffee, a cold croissant, and orange juice. Butter (cold and hard from the fridge) is available on request. Unsurprisingly, I ate there just the once!
When I was invited to provide feedback, my gentle constructive criticism was met with a tirade of aggressive justifications from the ‘manager’, rather than listening to, and addressing, the above issues. That exchange confirmed my worst fears: lazy management and lackadaisical ownership focused solely on revenue generation as a metric of success.
In terms of value for money; hotels charge their rates for their location, amenities and service. Without amenities and any genuine attempt at service; this is just a cramped, overpriced, unmanaged, dirty room in the centre of Sitges.
In summary... Potentially great; reality awful. Expedia and EBookers must stop promoting this property.

Anonymous nothing is Anthony Ignatius Corriette, this character wrote this the day before by whatapp, Happy Sunday! I hope that you’re well. I am enjoying my time in Sitges very much. However, I’ve been here since Wednesday night so it’s disappointing that I have to mention this, but I would be grateful if someone would attend to my room, please. As a minimum, they will need to do the following: - Clean; - Replace all towels; - Replace complimentary items (water, shower gels etc); and - Empty the rubbish bin. Many thanks, Anthony and everything he asked for was changed, I think it's a shame the comment he has made

Budget Apartment, Very Simplistic Amenaties
It has to be that this place is well situated and we found it to be comfy, but it did lack some essentials such as coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board. Although very clean when we arrived it was only cleaned once in the 5 days we were there and the bathroom was never cleaned at all. Still, great place to stay if you're on a budget as it's certainly value for money. Great place to be for the festival times as you get to see the processions coming through the streets from the room balcony. Would recommend for people who aren't bothered about the usual facilities, or just need a crash pad.

Great hotel in a great location.
I was a little apprehensive when i booked this place after reading some of the reviews, ut was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it was a bit of a struggle gaining access to start off with, but thats the only real downside. I had a very spacious clean and comfortable room. Wifi works well, and it was great value for money. I would recommend and wouldnt hesitate to return
