Please inform In Phuket House in advance of your expected arrival time before 5 pm on your arrival date. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests arriving after 19:00 are requested to inform the property at least 2 hours prior to their expected arrival time. Please note that an additional charge of 300 THB per room from 22:00 to 00:00is applicable for late check-in and no show after midnight. For early check out either between 10 pm - 12 am or 6 - 6.45 am., there is an extra charge 300 baht. If you really need to check out after midnight till 5.45 am, the extra charge will be 500 baht. A key and damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. We concern about environment and global warming. A cleaning service, which includes changing bed linen and towels, is available upon request. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
