My opinion about the Vic Jean complex

I love this complex. I always stop there only. I was especially impressed by employee Victor. I have not seen such dedication, humanity and professionalism in people for a long time. I would like to return to this establishment thanks to Victor!!! ❤️

Possibly the best hotel in Khmelnitskyi

I really have to say that I was very impressed by this hotel. My wife and I stayed in a beautifully clean suite, with a view towards the restaurant. In fact the restaurant is superb, with a great menu and prices 60% of Kyiv. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but try and book the suites, they are far superior to other rooms.

Чисто и красиво.

Чисто и красиво. Отель далековато от центра, не подойдет для тех, кто, как и мы, приехал по делам. Территория ухоженная, пруд с лебедями, беседки. Проблема может возникнуть если в ресторане будет гулять шумная компания. Нам повезло, в середине недели было довольно спокойно. Сервис великолепный, должна отметить. Все мои просьбы и пожелания были учтены.
Из минусов. В номере нет холодильника и кондиционера. Интернет очень слабенький.

Отвратительный отель. Своих денег не стои

Были проездом в Хмельницком, отель выбрали из-за высокого рейтинга в отзывах. Отель- ОГРОМНОЕ РАЗОЧАРОВАНИЕ!!!
Были с двумя детьми, заселялись в 22:00. сняли ДЕЛЮКС ( √12)!!!! 1400 за ночь.
В номере НЕТ ГОРЯЧЕЙ ВОДЫ, ТЕМПЕРАТУРА 15°С, ДИВАН РАСКЛАДЫВАЛИ И ЗАСТЕЛАЛИ САМИ... Полотенца когда были белыми - теперь серые., Все помещения прокуренные, шторы пыльные, мебель затертая.
Из плюсов - приятная территория , лебеди, детская площадка и парковка .

Номера подводят

Расположение отеля очень хорошее. Шикарный внутренний дворик. Все в
зелени. Есть беседки где можно посидеть. Место пользуется популярностью для свадебной съемки. Так что будте готовы к тому, что если вы заселились поздней ночью, то утром вас могут разбудить крики горько!!))) жилой фонд тоже требует внимания, давно не обновлялся((( раковина в трещинах, вот вот расколется.
К ресторану претензий нет. Все очень вкусно и классно!!!
