If you're under 21, you can only check in if accompanied by a parent or official guardian. In March, guests under 25 will also need a parent or guardian for check-in. A $200 security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection. Parking is available for one vehicle at $12 plus tax per night. Additionally, a resort fee of $10 plus tax per night applies. Early check-in is available for a fee, and if you plan to arrive outside regular check-in hours, please inform us in advance. Beach access is located on Flamingo Road, and the property is happy to receive up to two medium-sized packages for you free of charge prior to your arrival. Any additional packages will incur a surcharge, though packages received after check-in will not be subject to storage fees. When checking in, please ensure you have a valid photo ID and credit card. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We want to ensure your stay is as seamless as possible, so please feel free to reach out with any questions.
