Great,cheap stay for a concert right across the street! Stayed one night. We paid $7 for parking. Room and bathroom is a little small, but had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only downside I had was that they shut a gate across to entrance of parking. Which is great for security of vehicles, slightly inconvenient to have to ask security to open it for you when you come and go. $75 for damage hold. They have good benefits that come along. We didn’t take advantage but should have! $10 charge when you check in, you are able redeem to 2 drinks at their bar. Also free breakfast at the Rosie’s restaurant. Great stay

You have to read between the lines. It says there is parking, it doesn't say free parking..yes they charge. Yes you'll be locked out of the lot if you are out past 10 or 11 at night, and wait forever from someone from another property to come unlock the gate. Room was basic, tiny, simple. The kind of building and room you expect for a budget off the the beaten path boardinghouse in San Francisco or New York, but have never seen in the northwest.
A mystery $10 charge added to my card two days after my left.
Sorry. Not going back.

Basic and Good

Nothing fancy about the rooms, but comfortable bed and clean. We enjoyed the hotel staff; they were efficient and friendly. The bar is cute, and we had tasty breakfasts at Rosie’s. Not fancy but we liked it and would stay again.

We were charged $10 entertainment fee after we checked out. We didn’t take advantage of this and sent 2 email regarding this and didn’t get a response to either. . Please check this as you check out of the hotel.

We booked a room for 2nights, for a carpul tunnel surgery I was having. So we had a late check-in and we called the property and explained this too the receptionist at the front desk. She said no problem and explained to me what I needed to do when we arrived at the property. So we get too the property at 11:14, called the number the recipionisnt said to call. I got put on hold for 5minutes, my wife called and got through to someone. So the guy finally showed up he was very rude trying to say we were yelling at him, complete lie! Trying to call someone on his radio saying he cant handle the situation, there was no situation but us trying to get into our room that we booked several days prior, even paid extra too guarantee our booking! Also the guy was saying we had no reservation there! So finally he found the reservation and got us in. Other than that "situation" it was an ok stay!
